The service creates visibility into endpoints, critical applications, and access rights while providing a foundation for separately ordered support work.

  • 24/7 automated monitoring for endpoints and critical applications
  • Automatic alert detection and notifications
  • Remote management and support capability
  • IT asset inventory within the scope of connected endpoints, services, and devices
  • Management of privileged users and access rights
  • Readiness to provide separately ordered IT support services when needed

Important to know

  • IT support work is not included in the monthly package fee and is billed separately on an hourly basis
  • Work starts after customer notification, order, or acceptance of a proposed action

Tier 2: Proactive MSP

Description

Proactive MSP fits companies that want preventive maintenance, baseline security management, and regular day-to-day upkeep on top of monitoring. The service focuses on stability, visibility, and consistent operational management.

Service scope

  • Preventive maintenance and upkeep: operating system, driver, and software updates, security patching, and hardware health monitoring
  • 24/7 monitoring and real-time alerts for critical systems, servers, network, and endpoints
  • Resource and capacity planning: storage, memory, CPU power, and network traffic analysis
  • Baseline security management: antivirus, malware protection, firewall, and security policy monitoring and administration
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra management: license and user account administration
  • Proactive recommendations and IT environment development at least once per quarter
  • License, hardware, and software register within the service scope

Description

Highest service level with fully proactive and cyber-secure endpoint operations. Suitable for companies that want to focus on core business and leave IT operations to specialists.
